 . carpaccio of steaklet of duck with pink bays
 . mix start-up savor océane (shrimp, crab, salmon)
 . beef filet "rossini" (home-made foie gras) and its trimming
 . dessert of the new year and its glass of champagne
 . coffee and sweets
